In 1990 Dillon started his first company. As a subcontractor, he began taking on bigger and bigger projects. After earning his home builder's license, he qualified for his general contracting license and soon after, M. Dillon Construction was established. With skilled employees, and a talented network of subcontractors, the company is well diversified and continues to grow.
Thomas was first introduced to the construction world as a teenager working for MDC during his summers off from school. It wasn’t until adulthood that he realized his passion for this field. Thomas has extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial construction and has even done several customer projects for the South Carolina Governor’s Mansion. In his time off, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, weight lifting, and vacationing in tropical places.
Courtney is a mother of three children and soon-to-be first-time grandmother in July. Her time away from M. Dillon Construction is spent with her kids and friends. Courtney loves to be on the lake fishing. She also spends her free time getting involved in local benefits to raise money for the cause. She has over 9 years in the Customer Service Industry and Administrative roles. She is excited to learn and grow with M. Dillon Construction!
Michael has worked in the construction field for over 25 years. While he started his career in residential ground up building, he transitioned to commercial/industrial construction in 2001. He is proficient in many areas including sitework, wood frame construction, pre-engineered steel, heavy iron, and can handle any job. On his days off, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and children on the family farm. He also enjoys operating his rough-cut sawmill.
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Aaron has recently graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and technology, and plans to continue his education. He has a yellow belt in six sigma and enjoys improving processes. On Aaron’s day off he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling to the beach to surf, play volleyball, and soccer.
